When's the next sale?

Do you go to other businesses and ask this question? Don't be rude. All of our prices are listed on our website. If there's a sale then the prices will be shown.

Are there any other options or modifications available?

No. Belts come as listed and pictured on the website. All available product options are listed on the website. 

Do you have other belts? Can you make other belts?

No. We have to obtain licensing in order to produce our belts. All available belts are listed on our website. Any emails requesting us to make any other belts will be ignored.

How much are the belts? What type of payments do you accept?

All pricing is listed in $USD on the website. We accept payments through PayPal Checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase. Just simply use a credit card through the guest link when paying.

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies on product and location. Simply add the items to your cart with your info and the shipping costs will update. Some countries may receive a custom/duty fee. This is between you and your local country. We have no control over that.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days after payment has cleared. During promotional periods, it may take up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS for you to receive your order. Please do not email us asking for tracking information. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Spending time answering tracking emails takes time away from us for processing orders. If it's past 14 BUSINESS DAYS and you still haven't received your order then feel free to message us.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our behalf. Please contact support@fandubelts.com for any order issues within 7 days after receiving your order.

Can I combine layaway with promotional pricing?

No. Layaway only applies to regular-priced items.

What is an "Imperfect" belt?

These belts may have minor issues in the plating process. This may include small marks or paint issues. Most companies would offer these same products as perfect and brand new. However, due to our high standards we offer these items at a discounted rate for their imperfections. Most of our customers who purchase imperfect belts don't even notice any issues. We do not have pictures of imperfections as they vary from belt to belt. Imperfect Belts are purchased at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the condition of imperfect products. Feel free to join our Facebook Group and search for reviews from our satisfied customers. 

Can I have more than 8 letters on a Custom Name Plate for the Big Gold? Can I use special characters or numbers?

No. 8 letters is the max. There are no exceptions. No numbers. No special characters. Standard 26 letters of the alphabet only.

NOTE: Luxe Edition Belts can have 10 letters for a name plate.

Can I purchase plates only?

NO.

How do I clean my belt(s)?

We suggest just wiping it down with a dry microfiber cloth. Nothing else is needed. Using chemicals and/or water can cause tarnishing on any metals if it's not properly cared for or stored in a humid environment.

What's the difference between a Tooled Strap and Normal Strap?

Do you sell replacement jewels?

No. You can purchase those at hobby stores or various online retailers.

Do your name plates fit WWE belts or belts from other makers?

No. We make our name plates specifically for our belts. Toyota wouldn't be selling Honda parts.

NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT SEE A CERTAIN BELT ON THE WEBSITE THEN WE DO NOT HAVE IT AND WE CANNOT MAKE IT. WE WILL NOT USE ANOTHER BELT MAKER'S DESIGN WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION TO LICENSE.
